The lineup for this year's Hot 100 Fest keeps getting better. Demi Lovato is set to perform as a special guest at the star-studded Billboard festival, which takes place August 19 and 20 in New York.

The Confident singer will take the stage to perform, and will also be hanging out with the winner of a Hot 100 contest, in partnership with Billboard and Herbal Essences, which will award airfare and backstage festival access to one lucky fan -- along with prizes to other winners.

Lovato joins a stacked guest list for the two-day fest, including headliners Major Lazer, Big Sean, Zedd, Camila Cabello, DJ Khaled and Gucci Mane.

Lovato has racked up plenty of hits since her 2008 debut LP Don't Forget, most recently gracing Billboard's Hot 100 with her Cheat Codes collab "No Promises." But there's more to come -- the Grammy-nominated artist recently told us that she'll release a soulful, R&B-tinged new album (the follow-up to 2015's Confident) later this year.

The Billboard Hot 100 Festival is produced by Billboard in partnership with Live Nation, and runs August 19 and 20 at the Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, New York. Check out the full lineup here, and stay tuned for more artist announcements to come.
